Bike Rental Reservation Form

The Bicycles:Tandem: 21-speed Trek T-100 with road drop bars front and rear, bar end shifters, Dia Compe 287 levers, Arai drum brake, tires (700x28), wheels Bontrager 24 spoke, & saddles (gel, ladies rear), 4 bottle cages, rear rack, rack pack, handlebar bag, lock, pump, spare tube, tire levers and fenders. The tandem size is 57 x 47. Gearing is 54/42/26, and 11 - 34, 27 speed.

Tandems Rates -  week  - $330, additional days - $27.50/day (after first week)

Road: 
Road Rates - week - $250, additional days - $20/day (after first week)

 
Hybrids: are Trek and Cannondale.  There are sizes to fit people from 4'11" to 6'4"in both Unisex and Ladies frame styles.  They have a bottle cage, rear rack and rack pack, lock, pump, spare tube and tire levers.

Adult Hybrid Rate:  -  week - $195 Hybrid - $17.00/day (after first week),

Youth: are Trek 24" wheel multi-speed models, in Boys or Girls.  They are appropriate for 8 - 11 year olds until they reach the adult sizes above. 
Youth Hybrid Rate -  week - $165 - $15.00/day (after first week)

 Rentals are 1 week minimum.  You can rent for a shorter time, but the minimum amount is the weekly rate.

 Please fill out the information below to reserve your bicycle(s).  Be sure to provide all the information.  We will contact you to discuss sizing details if necessary.   The bikes come standard with Toe Clips & Straps, or No Clips & Straps. If you use a special pedal system, bring your own pedals. We will install them for you.  Also, bring your own helmet and water bottles. The saddles are comfortable, but if you have a special saddle, bring it as well. None of the bicycle include a cyclometer.  You may bring your own and tools will be provided for you to install it.

A 25% deposit is required and refundable up to 30 days in advance. Visa and Master Card only for deposit and rental fee. The full rental is due 30 days in advance. Tandems and singles will normally be picked up just outside Les Eyzies, at the home of our local Guide, Roger Boiling. We will provide detail instructions. If you are on a Custom Dordogne Tour, you will be met by our guide and he/she will provide you your bicycle(s). We rent our tandems to experienced tandem riders only. Changes required for fit are possible, but will be charged for based on time required for the modification. A valid driver's license, credit card and signed waiver are required when picking up the rental in France. Have fun, but please don't abuse our rentals because you are accountable for any damage to the equipment. ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, rarely a problem.
